This price is per inspection. He has an intuitive sense, in which he comes up with things that other people might miss. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. He pays really good attention to detail. I have already recommended him to friends.

Greg Nespor was well educated/experienced in the field of inspections, was not shy to crawl into the very small crawl space, and was very professional. He even brought a cooler of water and home baked cookies, since he knew it would take at least 2 hours to do the inspection. He ended up spending nearly three hours on the inspection, and was very complete in his report. The day after the inspection, he emailed us the full report and photos. When we bought our last house (4 yrs ago), we used the same company and Ray D'Luhy did the inspection. He was very helpful as well, and gave us contact info for other contractors for follow-up inspections (the basement, the chimney, and the roof - all thing beyond his expertise.) We ultimately used the basement inspector he recommended and the roofer he recommended and had great success with both of them. I think that speaks to his good standing within the community of inspectors/contractors.
