The entire project went well. To start with, Mr Rask was very helpful with ideas to refine our kitchen design. He was willing to work through alternatives with us to compare design features and price differences and arrive at an agreeable estimate. He was agreeable throughout the project to discuss schedule, change orders, and all other issues of how the work was coming together. Mr Rask had high personal standards for craftsmanship, and took care to make sure that every element was done right. All the subcontractor staff that he brought on this project were professional, easy to talk with about the project, on schedule, and did good work. The site was cleaned up each day, making it easier for my family to live among the construction. Mr Rask also worked with me to allow for the elements that I would do myself. I was very pleased that he was able to arrange his schedule and the subcontractors to maintain continuous work to accomplish the project without delay in about one month. All work passed permit inspections with no problems.
