Description of Work: We got superior customer service in purchasing a leather sofa -- we custom ordered the sofa, from Natuzzi in Italy -- it arrived on time or even a little early (8 weeks or so, as I recall) -- we had terrific guidance all along the way in choosing our sofa -- they even came to our home to help us choose colors for the sofa, and, when it was delivered, to help with its placement in terms of design. This is a high-end, very friendly yet very professional place. We can't speak highly enough of the service and product. Since then, we've returned for other, smaller items. We love HIP. |

 + -1 moreWe saw a nice bed at the store but they had no king size available. We ordered one but chosed the lighter color wood. The sales staff were all very friendly , helpful and professional. The delivery was in time and installation was done professionall, all good except that the laminate looks (and I am pretty sure it is) like plastic. It really looks like the manufacturer tried to save $20 on a $2400 bed . The leg broke after three days. Very disappointed with the quality and will not purchase anything else from this store.
