Description of Work: My fireplace was not working right. Smoke was billowing out in to the living room! I called Bobby at High Quality Stove and even though it was a Sunday he came right over and fixed it for me. He didn't charge me for a part he replaced or for a service call fee. He simply charged me the price of his chimney sweep and made everything all better! He kept everything very clean and explained everything to me in detail. I am impressed!
