 + -1 moreThis company "found me" after I submitted a request for mortgage info via the Internet. After talking with a few lenders, Robb Heisler had the best rate. The mortgage details were handled via email, phone, and fax. There was some miscommunication about the time frame for loan, but that was partly my fault. Robb worked hard to nudge the loan along as quickly as possible. And his sense of humor helped smooth over the unforeseen snags were encountered along the way. The snags were more a result of lender than Heisler Capital. No matter whom you choose for mortgage - be persistent and available to supply information during the process.
Description of Work: Refinance of second mortgage to take advantage of home equity.
