house cleaning
+ -1 moreHeavenly housecleaning arrived 1hr late to our house. We had to call, text and email before getting an explanation. When the gentlemen arrived to clean our house there was no attempt to identify himself, there appeared to be no attempt to be professional and his presentation was that of someone who did not want to be there. When I spoke with the owner she informed me that when your not a "regular" scheduled customer you can not expect the same type of sservice. I ended up canceling the appointment based on the late arrival and unprofessional presentation of the individual. I was then informed I still owe a $44 cancelation fee.
Description of Work: Routine house cleaning.
