It's almost done, and it has gone very well. Scott is very competent, and very personable. He mostly works alone but uses helpers on occasion. He checked the work repeatedly, and this was important since this was putting in an addition inside an already built house. Many aspects of the job were tricky. He found some significant discrepancies between the architectural plans and the existing structure and offered good suggestions on how to proceed. Every other contractor who has come by for one or another reason has complimented how good the framing job is. We set up a contract based on bid plus added costs as we changed things. Scott was very flexible and helpful regarding any changes and this really helped us a great deal - as projects like this proceed it's not unusual to see some changes desired. Scott couldn't have been more helpful in working with us on these changes.
