They are by my house. They are pretty good. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very local like community wise. They have their niche to it. They got a little funky vibe too, which is cool. They have a little music playing and, you know, you can talk to them. They don’t just try to sell you anything; they just help you more, keeping it real. Responsiveness is working perfectly.

They have saved us hundreds to thousands of dollars giving us all sorts of helpful advice on our DIY attempts to fix things in our old house. Because they have old houses they work on, and talk to so many other people about their repairs, you really benefit from the collective knowledge. Plus, they can refer you to places to go if they don't have what you need (places that contractors shop). They'll tell you if you're spending too much money on something, or not enough. They've been a boon to us as first-time home owners. We love them. It's totally worth the money to shop there, the support and advice you get are exemplary. We stick with the two older people who have been there the longest (and may be the owners?). The youngsters are fine for locating things, but don't have the same amount of know-how.
