Tony was excellent; returned my call immediately, showed up when expected, and did the work efficiently. I highly recommend his services.

Tony seemed very capable and offered good, unsolicited advise. He could not make the first appointment for personal reasons, but was on time for the second.

I called with an emergency situation; water had flooded my kitchen. Although the water had been turned off, I needed immediate assistance. Tony called back promptly, fit me into his schedule, and didn't even charge me for an entire hour. The sink works great, and we're going to have him back to install a new sink and a dishwasher.

Left a message about a leak under our kitchen sink. He never called back.

Tony Welsh was able to come out the next day, called when he was on the way and did the work in short order.

He did excellent work. Showed up on time and made excellent suggestions.

Overall, a very positive experience. Tony was prompt, professional, and very nice. Had to cut into ceiling to repair leaking shower from below.The drain screwy thing to the piping had cracked. Cost was $89.00 an hour for labor which looks about typical for a plumber. I was charged for 4 hours labor which was 3 hours plus an extra hour charge for the 10 minute appointment the next day to double-check the repair. $84.00 in materials and parts seems marked up to me for the amount of parts that were replaced but what do I know. That said, its fixed, I didn't have to hound the guy to show up so I'm a very satisfied customer.

THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY CALL, BUT TONY SQUEEZED US IN EARLY THE NEXT MORNING SO THAT WE COULD START USING OUR NEW DISHWASHER. TONY ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES EARLY, SAW WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AND WENT OUT TO HIS GLEAMING TRUCK TO GET TOOLS AND PARTS. THE WORK TOOK 1-1/4 HOURS. HE WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.

Tony Welsh returned my call within 30 minutes and made an appointment to repair the leak. He arrived on time and immediately identified the source of the leak and made the repair. He was professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend him.

After trying five different people, I finally got a plumber that is reliable, honest, on time, and courteous.

CHARGES BY THE HOUR. CURRENTLY $85/HOUR. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS. CASEY PLUMBING WANTED TO CHARGE $150 PER TOILET! I HAD THREE TOILETS. THAT WAS OUTRAGEOUS. THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.
