Not well. I called initially because I had plugged gutters following a roof replacement job. I explained the situation and told him that it might not be as easy as a normal job since the debris appeared to be located in the downspout. He said no problem and assured me that all the downspouts would be tested for flow. After the work was done, it rained hard and 1 of the 2 problematic gutters was still plugged. I called several times explaining the situation. He told me that someone would come out and fix it. I don't believe anyone came out and if they did they certainly didn't fix the problem. Simply put, these guys are in it for the quick buck and they don't stand behind their work.

I found his name on Craigslist. He answered his phone quickly. He did not come out for an estimate on the day and time he agreed. We rescheduled and he did not come out on the day agreed (should have been a clue but the price was right and I was in a hurry.) After finally coming out, his 2 helpers climbed on my roof threw much of the gunk they cleaned out into my garden areas, dented a few gutters. He said if they clogged again to call him. A few weeks later they did. He said he would be by "sometime". I called again and he laughed saying that it least it wasn't supossed to rain again for a while. Never returned to clean gutters.

Oh my gosh, this guy is fantastic! I called him last week. He answered the phone but he was on vacation so he asked me to send him an email. I did. He came yesterday and did a fabulous job. I was very impressed. So much so that I'm having him come next week to do some power washing. Good find!
