replacement windows
+ -1 moreAs far as the actual putting in of windows they were alright. I have one window were the cable comes through the window frame, when they left I noticed that they had not reconnected the cable, which was an annoyance. I then discovered that the cable line was left short, I had to pull the cable through hey whole removing most of the caulking, and getting caulking all over the cable as well. I have emailed them once and called twice, about replacing the caulk, and have had no response so far. I ended up having someone else fix it. They do work the area, and I had never demanded them come out right away I just wanted the hole filled.
Description of Work: They installed 12 windows.
