Our yard debris is often overlooked and it is necessary to make a phone call to get it picked up. The company is responsive when called.

WE THINK THAT THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT PUT THE YARD DEBRIS CAN OUT AT THE CURB ON THE CORRECT DAY. THE YARD DEBRIS PICK UP IS EVERY OTHER WEEK. IT IS THE SAME DAY AS GARBAGE AND RECYCLING PICK UP BUT "EVERY OTHER" WEEK. WE HAVE SENT ANOTHER SCHEDULE TO THE CUSTOMER AND HOPE THAT THIS WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM WITH YARD DEBRIS PICK UP. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATE LISTED FOR SERVICE IS THE CHARGE FOR 2 MONTHS OF SERVICE. OUR BILLINGS ARE SENT EVERY OTHER MONTH. THE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW WAS DELAYED BECAUSE A ROUTE MAN VISITED THE CUSTOMER LOCATION AND MY EMAIL SERVICE WAS NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY FOR A WEEK.
