Green Light Construction did a full bathroom remodel and updated our master bedroom with new closets and a built in set of drawers that runs the entire length of one bedroom wall. Maxwell and Matt are so easy to have around and are fun to work with. From design and all the way through the process we worked together with honesty and open minds. Our thoughts, ideas, concerns and questions were always listened to and they made certain that we were pleased every step of the way! The budget was honored, the timeline was met, the respect for our privacy and the cleanliness of the job sight and affected areas was a priority, and the work is beautiful! Maxwell works with electricians, plumbers, tilers, cabinet makers etc who are the best at what they do... they are loyal to him and work with the same values that Green Light prides themselves on. The entire experience was pretty painless, there was honesty, transparency, and, actually, a lot of fun every step of the way! We marvel at the beautiful transformation that occurred making the bathroom and bedroom so cool that we smile every time we walk in! We would highly recommend Green Light Construction.... they really want to make their customers happy and completely satisfied with the work they do.

Maxwell Rush and Green Light Construction were absolutely amazing, from the very beginnings of discussing why we wanted to remodel to the last bits of the punch list. We wanted simple, elegant solutions to the challenges of shoehorning a 4-person family into a tiny bungalow, not a standard tear-it-off-and-go-up solution; and we wanted the addition to blend with the older house through trim and materials. We got it! We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for small or large jobs, and we will definitely be using them for all our remaining work. Highlights: -- Maxwell and his core team of two are incredibly responsive to homeowners' challenges and desires, creative in solving problems structural or aesthetic, and talented with both the macro and micro levels of a project like this, not to mention professional, cheerful, and tidy (neighbors were impressed, which says a lot during a four-month job). All respected our wish to keep the integrity of the old home as much as possible, suggested ways to do things better, and responded to our requests fully. -- The small things impressed us: recycling / reusing as much of the deconstructed materials; creating new trim to match old; special touches that team knew would be meaningful / fun / helpful for our family. -- Communication is clear and plentiful. We never felt out of the loop, nor did we ever witness any confusion amongst the team. -- Maxwell comes to the table with a team of subs and specialists whom he's worked with for many years, so no unknown-to-him contractors or last-minute dashes to find someone. This includes a great architect; structural engineer; reconstruction (vs demolition); excavation; concrete; plumbing; electrical; drywall; plasterer; roofer, gutter-er; and others. He was also very professional with the few people we brought in (sewer repair, and HVAC), which we appreciated. -- Of course projects run longer and cost more than one hopes and, in fact, ours did. But we were never blindsided; all changes were explained carefully and in advance; and we never ran across anything that made us question our choice.

Greenlight was recommended by friends and I will recommend to others. Their level of detail and quality was excellent. They were upfront and realistic about costs from the beginning. They were on time, very clean and tidy, and kept us up to date almost daily with emails and in-person contact. You might find cheaper options but you won't get the level of quality and integrity that you will with Greenlight.

I'd seriously consider hiring this company if I was considering a project. They are doing a major remodel for a neighbor. Maxwell, the owner, asked me to let him know if his crew ever made too much noise; how cool is that. Moreover, he granted me a favor regarding my own landscaping project. Starting off with such customer service is a positive sign for the entire project experience.

It went very well. Maxwell and Matt did the work and left the area spotless at the end of each day. They were punctual and very good communicators with us about details. This is a small company so Maxwell did not have to be out supervising other crews all over town. They were careful and accurate and good at problem solving the little oddball problems that came up. I would recommend them and use them again. Their estimate was about the same as the other two estimates I received, so the price was right.

Maxwell was very attentive throughout the process and flexible toward changes mid-project. His crew was also a pleasure and respectful throughout.

Maxwell arrived for our first appointment on time and well prepared to answer our questions. He gave us some options on how to achieve the results we wanted and the costs involved. A very personable young man. His bid arrived quickly, and we signed the contract right away. They started on time, kept their work space very clean and did a beautiful job, especially on the woodwork which was in bad shape. The job was completed quickly, and our experience was very good. A great manager and craftsman.
