I had Green Earth do a house cleaning in anticipation of long-not0seen relatives coming to visit. Chai and Brad did a very good job; they were quiet, professional, and very pleasant. I'm in the process of setting up my regular cleaning schedule.

Working with Green Earth has been easy. Good communication and good service, I highly recommend!

Three staff were assigned to our cleaning. All were excellent in the areas they cleaned. One spent almost to 2 hours in our guest bathroom and it came out spotless. Another made our ovens and appliance surfaces look like new. We used this service because of the earth friendly cleaning products and was not disappointed. I would strongly recommend them to any friend.

The 3 cleaners arrived right on time and got right to work. They were pleasant and understood what I wanted. They divided the chores and had great teamwork. The house looked and smelled wonderful when they were done. I was happy and confident to be moving into clean spaces.

They were far better than my previous cleaner, simply in terms of cleaning effectiveness and thoroughness. They are also very responsive and easy to work with. I'm willing to pay extra for this and the eco-friendly cleaning agents. I only wish the cleaners got more of my check.

I booked green earth cleaning to do a full clean of our apartment. They are professional and easy to communicate with. Their prices are competitive and there were no hidden costs. The cleaners did a great job and made notes on what they completed or didn’t have time for that day. I have scheduled them to come and clean once a month. Over all I am very pleased with their services.

I hired Green Earth for 2 jobs -- move out of an apartment and pre-move cleaning for a house. The cleaners were very conscientious, flagged issues related to water pooling / draining in one of the showers, offered tips for maintaining grout / tile to keep it clean in future. The house was a bigger job than expected and they weren't able to finish all the requested work in the timeframe, but Alison is easy to reach and coordinate with re: follow up appointments. I would definitely recommend and use again.

We hired Green Earth Housecleaning to clean my 91-year old mother-in-law's apartment every other week. She suffers from a slow-growing form of lung cancer, so dust makes it hard for her to breath. When setting up the cleaning service, I asked Green Earth to pay special attention to dusting, and boy have they! Even dusting between the little tiny slats on the back of my mother-in-law's dining chairs. These folks are super responsive, amazingly punctual, and easy to work with. They cleaned the house thoroughly even spending extra time in the kitchen.

We were hoping to find another cleaning service as we lost our long term housekeeper. This service got such great reviews. The team showed up on time and got to work. After about an hour the lead house-keeper came downstairs and started scolding the other housekeeper asking her "what she was doing?", "why was she still in the kitchen?". I was in the room and it was pretty uncomfortable, but my take away is that the lead housekeeper knew what she was doing and the other person did not. The 2nd housekeeper didn't even vacuum the floors thoroughly. I started to vacuum a big chunk of the wood floor she missed when vacuuming before she started washing them so dirt wouldn't before she mopped them. The rug in the living room didn't even look like it was really vacuumed. Later I was told by customer service their the suction stopped working on the vacuum cleaner. When they left the lead housekeeper apologized for the poor service and acknowledged it wasn't done well at all. She said the person she brought was a new-trainee. I appreciated her honesty. She said she was going to ask management for a 30 minute credit due to all the problems and stated she knew the service was mediocre and far from perfect. I acknowledged that I understand that can happen the first time and that once they learn the property it would get better. She also stated that we could ask for the same people to come each time and that would help. When I heard from customer service to pay they gave me an invoice for the 4 hours. I reviewed the conversations between myself and the lead housekeeper and the issues that we had. Customer Service acknowledged them, but offered no discount. I then asked for a discount due to the poor service. To their credit, they did give us the 30 minute discount. I said we would like to re-schedule for 4 weeks out, but ask that they make sure they bring 2 really hard working people (not new trainees) and that we would love to get the same people every month moving forward. I also noted that we were going to give them another shot, but if the service didn't improve we will have to go elsewhere. She wrote back saying they weren't going to be servicing our house anymore. In a way, it was good because it was clear she understood they couldn't meet our expectations. Time to look for a new housekeeper.

We have had regular cleanings from Green Earth for several years now, and have been very satisfied with the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning. On the few occasions when we have not been satisfied, the company's owners have been responsive and have taken steps to address the issue. In addition, we really appreciate the flexibility of the service as we often need to change our regularly scheduled cleaning to accommodate our work schedules. The staff have been very willing to help find the a day and time that work for us. The cost has risen over the years, but they have always provided warning and information about any price changes. The cost listed is for 4 hours of cleaning, which we get once every four weeks.

We've used Green Earth Housecleaning to do monthly cleaning for a couple years. All of their staff who have cleaned our house have been professional, careful with our property, and very thorough.

Good local company. Excellent work. $45.00 an hour is a bargain in the cleaning world! I've used Green Earth Cleaning Services for several years and will continue to rely on their good track record. They always do a little extra without complaint when I ask.

i love the service they provide they get all the dust in my old home with lots of trim. i also like the way my sink shines when they are done.

Green Earth Cleaning Services have been cleaning our home bi-weekly since fall 2017, and we highly recommend them. They are totally reliable, do a great job, and are easy to get a hold of. The cleaning crews have been great, and their office staff are easy to get a hold of. They also worked with us to find a good cleaning schedule, and the pricing is fair for everyone. They are also very accommodating in regards to our pet situation. We have two indoor house cats that don't go outside and we feel perfectly safe allowing Green Earth Cleaning into our home. One of the cats hides, but the other is too friendly. Probably up in there business the entire time they are here, but they have not complained! Overall, highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the quality of work, and the ease of scheduling our initial cleaning service. We had some areas that have been neglected since having a baby and they got in there and really cleaned it up and it looked better than if I had done it myself. I couldn't be happier and will be setting up a reoccurring service with them.
