+ 0 moreSong came to our home and looked the chair over. Looked for potential damages to the chair and showed us what to watch for. He explained the reason for the "noises" was the leather needed to be treated. He was honest and beyond helpful. We chose to get the conditioner and do it ourselves and he said if that doesn't handle the issue, call him and he would come back out.
