 + -1 moreOnce they arrived, the movers were quick and did an excellent job. Communication with their office was lacking in professionalism. I had to re-explain why I was calling to 3 people and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Once it was sorted out, all went well.

 + 0 moreWe bought the pool table at Golden West Billiards about 16 years ago. Called for recovering and leveling a few months ago, end of May. Earliest they could do it was Aug. 1st, 2013. Was quoted $250.00 for re-covering pool table and $100.00 for leveling. When we bought the pool table, we were told by the company that they would re-level any time for free. So I was surprised when the job was over that the cost to re-cover was $450.00 (not including the $100.00 to re-level) The guys who came out to do the job were professional and did a good job. Have I ever written a unhappy review:NO Get all the details in writing and not over the phone with this company, as I wrote it all down as I always do when she told me the prices over the phone. And I have built two homes, had re-carpeting of an entire house and a whole new wood floor put in, roofing redone, with out any troubles ever.

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job. Jackie came out to measure our room to be sure we got a table that fit its dimensions and walked us through our design options. Golden West built the table, delivered and set it up on schedule. The set up crew were very courteous and professional. It is a custom table with special felt. We are very happy with it and would recommend Golden West if you're looking to add a billiard table to your home.
