Description of Work: I called in for an estimate. He was very courteous and responsive. Unfortunately he did not have the license to practice in our state. He referred us to an inspector that did and he was great! At least, this man has good friends and great customer service.

+ -1 moreA friend of mine recommended Doug to provide a home inspection. Doug responded to my call within a day and we set up an inspection within a week. Doug was prompt, thorough and courteous. He found some dry-rot and wiring issues that need to be addressed as well as landscaping/water issues. Doug personally showed me many of the problems he found and also provided digital pictures of issues he found on the roof. All concerns were included with pictures in his written report. I really appreciated the time he spent addressing the energy conserving or "green" possibilities of our home and also possible security issues. While we are not considering selling at this time, getting these issues addressed will protect the value of our home and the safety of our family.
Description of Work: Doug did a thorough home inspection from roof to basement and spent time going over his findings and answering my questions. His written reports with pictures came to me within a week and he was available to go over any questions I had.
