+ -1 moreWe worked with people in the NW and Clackamas stores. They are very well trained, professional, and helpful. Everything we bought (sight unseen, from the on-line catalog) is perfect except for one torchiere. We brought it back because it was poorly made and shoddy. They took it back with no restocking fee. They have given us a lot of very helpful advice about light bulbs and how to light our craftsman house to advantage. We worked with Rey in NW and Josh in Clackamas. Both are really great to work with, friendly, patient, very well trained.
Description of Work: We bought a chandelier, three torchieres, and two sconces.
