GIULIETTI/SCHOUTEN AIA ARCH

Working with David Giulietti and the rest of the Giulietti/Schouten team has been a lot of fun. When we were looking for an architect, we looked at portfolios from a lot of firms, and were really struck by the breadth and creativity of Giulietti/Schouten's work. The combination of creativity, artistry, flexibility, practicality, and attention to detail they bring to their work is really impressive, and has resulted in a design much better than we ever envisioned. It's particularly impressive when the complicated site and extreme environment of our oceanfront setting are taken into account. They listened carefully, asked great questions, and paid a lot of attention to what we said. In retrospect, it was really fun to be part of such a collaborative and creative process. We're very happy with the project, we feel lucky to have found them, and we'd definitely choose them for another project.
