I called Alice on Sunday and set up a replacement for Monday. They rude man I talked to on Monday morning wasn't going to promise me what Alice promised on Sunday. He was a very angry and troubled individual. I will never use them for anything. I called a true craftsman Paul's Plumbing. They got the job done right and promptly.

He installed our water heater.

Went into the store in Foster. Waited almost an hour before someone talked to us. No one told us we needed to take a number. That should have warned us. Placed an order for new bathroom fixtures and a sink on 8/2/2013. They told us it would take a few weeks to arrive. Called in Sept. Nothing was in and they said they would call back with an eta. Called in Oct: half the order was in and they said they would call back with an eta. Called back several times this week and was repeatedly told they would call back with an ETA. They never did. Called in today (10-24) and was told that the complete order is in stock. Over 2.5 months later. I just hope it is right. I thought I was placing the order super early so I wouldn't have to stress over it for a November 4 project start date.

He was outstanding. Everything still works great. He just did a great job.

We paid them $13,900 for the job and then they came down to $10,000 because they couldn't get the hot water heater right and we were without hot water for most of the winter. We woke up in middle of winter to a hot shower for a minute and a half and now it's ice cold. Don't use them.
