Description of Work: We had our 1956 ranch home seismic retrofitted. Steve did a thorough job consulting on what we should/needed to do and his team did a wonderful job executing on that plan. The team was very professional, making sure our expectations were set and met for the work they were doing. They were done on time and on budget.

+ -1 moreThe team assigned to project were consistently on time and schedule. They were knowledgeable and hardworking. The foreman Nick was exceptional and paid attention to details. He communicated daily on the progress. The company owner Steve is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Retrofit basement to fix crumbling walls; included lowering floors, new footings, new slab, new beams, and new stairs.
