Gustavo and his crew power washed the two houses, prepped where appropriate ( sanded, filled in holes, tacked up wires) and painted as we specified. Gustavo had painted three other homes on our street and came highly recommended. He is insured and licensed and has all the equipment needed for such a big painting job. His price seemed very reasonable as compared to others we interviewed. It included power washing the brick wall around the front yard and driveway and an additional cost for our using Miller Paint. The quality of Gustavo's work is excellent. He is a perfectionist and good with details. His work ethic is also excellent - coming when he said he would, phoning one day when he was delayed, cleaning up the work place every day.
