+ -1 moreAll work was done promptly and expertly. Mr. Gaylord was always helpful and responsive and willing to explain all issues, and his crew was just as good.
Description of Work: After learning that a garage on my property built more than 20 years before I purchased it encroached on a neighbor's lot, I engaged Gaylord to do full survey. In addition, they eventually drafted several alternative property descriptions for transfer of piece of neighbor's lot. They placed monuments at all property corners and corrected errors in monuments placed long ago.

+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE AT GAYLORD LAND SURVEYING WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY ACTUALLY SURVEYED MY HOME AND FOUND THAT OUR PROPERTY EXTENDED ANOTHER 6 INCHES TO THE SOUTH. IT GAVE A LITTLE MORE VALUE TO OUR HOME AND WE WERE ABLE TO SECURE FINANCING.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED TO GET OUR PROPERTY LINE RE-SURVEYED IN ORDER TO REFINANCE OUR HOME.

+ -1 moreI WAS OVERALL IMPRESSED WITH THE SPEED IN WHICH THE SURVEYOR CAME OUT AND DETERMINED WHERE OUR PROPERTY LINE ACTUALLY EXISTED. WE ENDED UP GAINING 6 INCHES TO OUR LONG PROPERTY LINE, SO THE COST WAS WELL WORTH THE END RESULT.
Description of Work: WE WERE HAVING A DISPUTE WITH OUR NEIGHBOR'S OVER WHERE OUR PROPERTY LINE WAS. WE CALLED GAYLORD LAND SURVEYING TO MARK OUR BOUNDARIES.
