Not sure what I was expecting when procuring the services of a 'lighting architect.' He was responsive (in spite of some family health issues) and had some great ideas. His billing rate is probably fair. In retrospect I would have liked to sit down with him, with the catelogs, discuss alternatives and make the decision.....rather than select some of the fixtures from recommended websites. However, he was there when the final decisions were made, and we are happy with the outcome.

He prepared nice elevation drawings so we can see what the final project will look like. He took our comments and concerns into consideration in the drawings, plus added some extra ideas we had not considered previously.
