Garden Rejuvenation

It has been great. I pay them monthly. They are great and I am still using them. They are very comprehensive in their work. They are very nice and respectful to the neighbors. The price is great; it is very competitive.

Austin is very professional and polite. He asked the right questions of me, what I wanted and what they would do. He came very promptly after I called him the same day, as his schedule was open at the time. At the end of the job, he walked me through everything then made suggestions of things that he noticed may need attention, regarding the yard and the house. This was a one time service for me, but Austins company offers weekly to monthly yard services which he explained to me in great detail. If I decide to have regular service, I'll most definitely call Austin!

Very good - Austin was very prompt and amicable and has provided clear direction and service. Since the initial spring clean up was a big job I was thinking of having him take care of it a couple times, but his service was so good I have decided to have him come twice a month.

Excellent. We weren't able to be home when Austin and his helper came, but he gave us a call as soon as he ran into possible fork in the (work) path, asking if we wanted to trim the spruce and cypress (which had been touching our roof) all the way up, which would last *several* years, or just enough to get by for the next couple of years. Also he asked about the hedges by our deck--I hadn't paid much attention to them yet since it's winter but I realized that they're blocking off quite a bit of the deck area. As we just bought the house and have plenty of repairs to spend on, we chose the minimal route to start. When we got home we found that not only had he done a great job with the trimming, he'd cleaned up the area around our front gate where leaves and various debris had gathered. When he sent his invoice, we were very happy to find his rates lower than anticipated (a really excellent value for his service!). Will be using him again for sure. -- Also: A few days later we got an email from him with some photos he took while on our roof; he discovered that one of the 4x4 posts holding up our back porch's plastic roof was very much rotted. Bad news, of course, but I think that he went above and beyond, by noticing and reporting that.
