oriental rugs I took to the shop for cleaning were very well done. Carpet cleaning couldn't be fairly evaluated due to age & condition of the carpet, although they tried very hard and I'm not sure if anyone else could do better (new carpet needed badly!)

The crew did a great job of refreshing the carpet. Some stains did not come up, but we were told up front that all stains might not come out.

We took our rug into the shop and were greeted immediately in a friendly manner. They laid out the carpet on the floor to see what it needed. They were very knowledgeable about the type, possible history and explained how it had been made. They were so enthusiastic about their work that we couldn't help smiling and feeling good about having purchased this carpet. It was actually a fun interaction. After the cleaning, our carpet was so soft and the colors just radiant. We are so happy we chose this company. We had previously had them clean our rental unit wall-to-wall carpet and so we decided to try them for this, too. We are very pleased and recommend you try them, too.

They were able to remove the dog vomit stain. It is really amazing to see the results. The technician said he couldn't guarantee that the stain would be completely removed, and it didn't look, at first, like it was. However, as the carpet dried and several weeks went by, the stain disappeared. Also, all odors are gone. So grateful! Highly recommend this company.

great--the employees really seem to love oriental rugs and are very knowlegable about them. Gallaghers washed the rugs, added new fringe to 2 of them, and now I can appreciate their beautiful colors again.

The lady that took my phone call was pleasant and efficient. The young man that came to the house and performed the service was also pleasant, informative and detail oriented. I was happy that the treatment worked because urine smell can be tricky and he warned me that it may not work if it got down into the pad. Thankfully, it worked and I would use them for any future carpet needs I have.

They came and gently rolled the rug up and took it away. They estimated how long it would take to clean, and were very accurate. They brought it back and carefully placed it where I asked them to. Very nice guys, and they did a professional job. A painless process.

The receptionist was very pleasant and their scheduling was flexible. Nathan was excellent! He arrived on time, did a walk-through, and explained the cleaning process. The carpets look fresh and new - he was able to remove heavy drink stains.

I have hired Gallagher's twice for cleaning; once on my new home, and once on a move-out for a rental home. Both times, Nathan arrived as the lead. He was professional, friendly, and courteous, ensuring to note any concern areas or special requests. The cleaning itself was extremely well-done, with fantastic results. The price is also quite competitive, coming in under some other quoted service providers. On the first hire request, there was a bit of a scheduling snafu. However, Gallagher's handled it extremely professionally, and the owner himself even followed-up by phone to ensure it was remedied as expected. That is truly above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them to any other users.

every thing was perfect.

These carpets were in a condo that I just purchased. They looked a little dinghy and exhibited stains in several locations including what looked like red ink in one spot. My expectations were fairly modest, but I was completely delighted with the end result: the carpets looked so much better, and the stains were hardly noticeable. Even better, there was no hard sell to have the carpets "softened" or even fabric protected. I was offered fabric protection and chose to have it on the stairways for a very reasonable price. I have already recommended Gallagher's to a friend.

The service was great, our carpets looked and smelled great after he was done. He was even able to provide an enzyme additive to help with pet soil, since we had a dog. He was prompt, quick, and very professional. I felt that the service he provided was a good value. They are one of only a few contractors in town that have high quality portable machines, and the results were very good.

John showed up promptly as scheduled (near the end of the day on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving no less). We needed to have all of the carpets cleaned in the rental house that we were in the process of moving out of. We walked him through the house to show him which rooms needed cleaning, as well as a few stains that needed special attention. He then measured the rooms and provided us with a price which was significantly less than we were expecting... always a bonus. He also provided us an estimate of how long it would take. When all was said and done, he actually finished about 30 minutes early. All of the carpets looked great, including the nice and quot;patternand quot; in the carpet which he noted many landlords like to see as evidence of the cleaning. John was very courteous and professional and clearly takes pride in his work. I'd definitely use him again or recommend him to a friend.
