Poorly. From the outset during the initial interview to decide if my wife and I were to hire her, she broke the cardinal rule of being an agent, she grossly overpriced the house and immediately set us up for failure. Second cardinal rule, and in fact the most important, she FAILED to counsel us on the ins and outs of selling a home in the market at the time we listed our home. She passed the buck on other local agents and complained about driving to our location to do an open house. She let things sit for 30 days before I had to take it off the market. Improvements were done before listed. New roof, windows, paint (inside and out), and the crawl space was encapsulated and sub pump installed. She claims no improvements were done. New flooring was done too. Despite all these improvements she didn't care, and we had to accept an offer $10k less than what we could have had if the house was properly listed. Her listing descriptions were subpar and inaccurate, to wit I had to ask her to correct them with proper terminology. She was highly unprofessional, and continues to respond to my reviews across websites with lies. She has no integrity to admit she did us wrong. Truth is an affirmative defense. What I state here is the truth. Nevertheless she will come back with some nonsense claiming I was trying to run the sale from Washington state where I was dealing with my mother's estate, and that I was the one playing agent and not her, saying I knew the house would sell in a couple days of listing. Had she done it right the first time it would have. Because within 12 hours of resisting it on the 35th day, we had an offer from the same couple that was waiting for us to begin with. So i expect her to reply to this as she has any other review with misinformation, deception and further fabrications that she thinks people will believe in order to CYA herself.

She is a gem and her work was absolutely wonderful! She is a woman of integrity and is very knowledgeable. She helped me through many crises when I was in a time of need. She genuinely cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond more than just providing real estate services to her clients.
