 + -1 moreNate is devoted to making sure his work is in the style of the home he is working on (ours is a mid century home), including fabricating siding so that it matched the siding we have that are no longer available. He took off and re-used siding that was still good - I like that he has a green ethic. He was very patient with our questions. His work is very high quality. He is the best contractor we have ever had work for us - and we have had many people work on this house. I would highly, highly recommend him for any construction/renovation work you might have, especially if it involves maintaining the historical integrity of an older home.
Description of Work: Nate, sole proprietor of the company, worked mostly on his own to repair dry rot in the NE corner wall of our main floor and in the daylight basement wall below. He clearly expained what he was going to do. He removed all of the wood that was rotten, replaced it and added/replaced insulation, cauked between the siding boards and applied a coat of primer. He made sure everything matched the original siding style.
