+ -1 moreThe owner was very knowledgeable, very flexible and easy to work with. We had her give us ideas and it wasn't a formal project for her. We just paid her on an hourly basis to consult with us and that was very valuable. She exceeded our expectations. We can see on the website that she focuses on local plants that are appropriate to the region and are native to the region which are very appealing. I felt she was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It is not landscapers; it is Landscape Design, which means she doesn't have a crew of people with shovels. She designs stuffs and she has landscapers that she will work with but her part is just the design side. I don't know if she has any employees. I think it's just her. My wife just reminded me that we found her on Angie?s List. I would use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Fusion Landscape Design LLC about a year and half ago. We had the owner come out and give us designs on landscaping.

+ -1 moreA little over a year ago I needed a design landscaper. First I found the company on Angie's list. I called and made an appointment. We met at my house and then made plans for a series of appropriate choices of plants for my front yard. The plant choices were excellent, showing expertise. The truck from the nursery was met by the designer and the plants were placed and planted the next day. Then in April after a very wet winter I hired Fusion again to come and replace a few plants. Again it was done expertly and quickly. My yard looks beautiful. It has plants that require little watering arranged in a textural wonderful way. I will use Fusion Landscaping Design again.
Description of Work: Fusion Landscaping Design came to my house twice to help me design a garden in my front yard. The first time was to choose appropriate plants for my yard and then have them planted. The second was a follow up to the first project.

+ -1 moreI feel very confident in her and am excited to transform my backyard into a space all my own.
Description of Work: Kristien came out and surveyed my mess of a backyard. I have a bad habit of purchasing plants and trees then not being able to decide exactly where to put them! (in my defense, most of the yard is shaded by a massive walnut tree, so it takes some creativity, knowledge, confidence ... which is why I called on Kristien). She was punctual and professional and tried very hard to figure out what look I was going for with all the ideas I was tossing out in her questionnaire, which she provides online for you to fill out ahead of time. I do believe she grasped what I am desiring in a yard. I am now waiting for the blueprint for the design, which she will do for $75.00.

She listened to my wishes, answered my questions, asked a lot of her own, and responded with a plan that was both artistic and practical, ordered and natural. I wanted to do the installation myself, and she came over and guided me. In addition to knowing her stuff, she's friendly and conscientious. I've worked with several landscape designers before, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kristien.
Description of Work: Landscape design for single family residence, plus supervision of installation.
