Description of Work: ALTHOUGH FSE PROVIDES GENERAL HANDYMAN SERVICES I NEEDED A LOCKSMITH. HE AGREED TO COME OVER FOR A FREE ESTIMATE, BUT DID TELL ME ABOUT WHAT IT SHOULD COST IF ALL WAS AS DESCRIBED. SIX CYLINDERS ($60 FIRST ONE; $10 EACH ADDITIONAL) AND 2 KEYS ($4 EACH) LATER, I HAD A HOUSE WHICH WAS SECURE FROM WHOEVER HAD STOLEN MY HOUSE KEYS.
