Description of Work: Patty visited us to provide a quote and was very thorough. She was right on time and very professional. I thought her quote was reasonable and we scheduled the work. Again she was right on time to do the work and very professional. Patty does all the work with one additional person as her crew. She is meticulous in her work and did a great job. I am not sure when the windows on my 1910 four square last worked but now they all work like new. She removed both sashes of each window, repaired the missing glazing, removed the paint build up, replaced the ropes, checked the weights, replaced all the trim and made the window work great.
