 + -1 moreThey were 10 minutes late, due to finishing up a prior job a bit later than expected. I don't hold 10 minutes against them at all. They called early to let me know they were running behind schedule. They were extremely professional and friendly. I'll use them again in the future, and will recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They cleaned my basement carpets, as well as, the carpet on the stairs leading down into the basement.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PHENOMENAL. IT LOOKS GREAT! I AM AMAZED THAT I GOT OFF THAT CHEAP! HE EVEN TOLD ME HE WAS RUNNING LATE AND HE CAME 15 MINUTES AFTER THE TIME I ORIGINALLY EXPECTED. HE WAS STILL PRACTICALLY EARLY! I USED THIS COMPANY AS A DIRECT RESULT OF ANGIE'S LIST. HE ALSO SAID THAT IF THE CAT URINE SMELL DOES COME BACK IN A COUPLE DAYS THEY WILL COME BACK AND RE-TREAT IT (PROBABLY FOR FREE SINCE I NO LONGER HAVE THE CAT).
Description of Work: HIRED THEM TO DO MY LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM, AND MY SON'S BEDROOM. I ALSO HAD ASKED THEM TO TRY TO REMOVE A STAIN FROM CAT URINE. HE PULLED BACK THE CARPET AND CUT OUT THE OLD PAD, TREATED THE FLOOR, SEALED IT, PUT NEW PAD IN, AND LAID THE CARPET BACK. HE TREATED THE BACKSIDE AND FRONT SIDE OF THE CARPET. HE GOT A LOT OF THE CAT URINE AND THE SMELL OUT OF MY CARPETS.

 + -1 moreMETICULOUS, PROMPT, UNHURRIED, LOVES TO DO A JOB RIGHT. HAS VERY PROFESSIONAL TRUCK MOUNTED EQUIPMENT. MORE THAN FIRST RATE ALL THE WAY. SUPER NICE GUY.
Description of Work: WE HAD A CAT THAT GOT OLD AND MADE A TOTAL MESS OUT OF ONE PART OF OUR LIVING ROOM CARPET WITH URINE. MOST CARPET CLEANERS WOULD JUST COME IN, STEAM CLEAN THE CARPET WITH DEODORIZER AND THEN BE ON THEIR WAY. FREERS CAME IN, PULLED THE CARPET OFF THE FLOOR, PAINTED THE SUBFLOOR WITH SPECIAL SEALANT, REPLACED THE PADDING AND THE TACK STRIPS, USED AN ACID WASH ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CARPET, AND THEN RELAYED THE CARPET. THEN HE OFFERED TO SHAMPOO THE REST OF THE ROOM AND A LARGE AREA RUG WE HAVE. IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH WHEN HE MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH ME, HE WAS ON TIME. NO WAITING HOURS FOR A CONTRACTOR THAT MAY OR MAY NOT SHOW. AND HE GUARANTEES HIS SERVICE WILL ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM OR HE WILL COME BACK UNTIL IT IS FIXED.

 + -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN WHO DID THE CLEANING WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PUNCTUAL. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB (INCLUDING PRE-TREATING THE STAINS). HE TOOK EXTRA TIME TO MAKE SURE ALL THE STAINS CAME OUT. OVERALL, I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: FREERS CLEANED ALL THE CARPETS IN OUR HOUSE PRIOR TO US MOVING INTO IT. THEY ALSO PRE-TREATED THE STAINS.
