 + -1 moreHis interaction with the builder was great, because he made sure that the builder fixed the things that he should have and saved me thousands of dollars. The builder was saying everything was standard grade, blah blah, and Four Walls got him to make the improvements anyway. He was more than thorough, and the prices were fair. I've had house inspections before, and I've never had anyone go into such detail.
Description of Work: He found some things that were questionable in my new house, and then came back a year later, and found a lot more things that were questionable. I could then bring them to the builder's attention.
