ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE A SOMEWHAT ''GRUFF'' STORE-FRONT / PHONE STAFFER, THEY PERFORMED EXCELLENT WORK, ON TIME, FOR A FAIR PRICE. GLAD I DIDN'T GET SCARED OFF.
Description of Work: CUT DOWN A DOOR BLANK TO MY NECESSARY SIZE, TAPERED EDGES, AND PRE-DRILLED HOLES FOR THE HANDLE AND LOCKSET.

THE SCREEN HAD TO RE-SCREENED TWICE. BY THE TIME THEY DID THAT THE PAINT WAS SCRAPED. IT LOOKS UGLY. THE STORM WINDOW DID NOT MATCH THE SHOW ROOM SAMPLE. JAN WHO WROTE THE ORDER WAS RUDE TO ME, AND CONSTANTLY YELLED AT HER EMPLOYEES. SHE NEEDS ANGER MANAGEMENT COUNSELING.
Description of Work: REPLACEMENT WINDOW SCREEN, AND A NEW STORM WINDOW.
