+ -1 moreThe first part of the job was done to my specification and was done well so I had no hesitations in giving them the leak fix and weekly maintenance. That's where the issues started. The contractor Sam started with trying to locate and isolate the leak, after about 2 months (May and June 2008) of not finding the leak they simply gave up and stopped coming to fix it. I have called them on a weekly basis for the last 4 months to come and finish the work, they have had an excuse each time for not coming. The third job of weekly maintenance initially was also going well, then they changed the agreed upon day of maintenance from Monday to Wednesday, without any notification, and even after I complained the change back to Monday was not made. As of today 10/31/2008, I have discontinued all of their services.
Description of Work: There were multiple services performed. The original service they were hired was to fix and install lighting to my waterfall, the second part of the job, once the first was completed, was to fix a water leak to my pond and lastly weekly yard maintenance.
