I continued to call Angie about twice a week for the next several weeks and she would not return my phone calls. I finally gave up and found another company called SERVICE NOW who I was very please with. I thought it was very rude of her to put me off in such a manner. Even if a company is too busy to book new business or doesn't want to take on a customer at a discounted price, just be honest. Some businesses just don't realize how far a little courtesy and honesty can go. Most consumers appreciate it. Anyway, they lost my business. I probably would have used them even at full price since my builder recommended them.
Description of Work: I bought a new home and the builder told me to call Angie at Forecast Heating to have AC installed. Hoping I would be able to get a discounted price through my builder I called Angie. We spoke with her twice and she was going to call my builder to check on the circumstance. I probably would have used Forecast whether or not I got a discount but was unable to reach Angie after I spoke with her the second time.

(Price listed does not include rebate and tax credit, which is about $800 off.) Sales man was very friendly and not very pressuring. We chatted and discussed furnaces. He sold my the high end model but explained in detail why it was better than the others. He emailed me a bid and was able to start work within a week or two. The furnace install was quick enough, two days overall, and we had heat the first night. Installers were friendly. A few hick-ups on the way, but overall a GREAT experience.
Description of Work: Removed existing oil furnace and replaced with high-efficiency direct vent gas furnace.
