I even spoke to Patricia about this, and she responded that being totally straight with her customers was a business model that served her well in the long term. Because of her quality and trustworthy service, I would be inclined to remember her the next time I needed to obtain or refinance a home loan. And indeed I shall!

The overall transaction when quickly;. however, we did find problem on our credit file which had not been changed, fixed, updated. But once these problem were addressed it moved quickly. Trish walked us through and help with problem during the refinance of our primary home, so that when we refinanced our investment property, it was done in two weeks from appraisal, review, underwriting and closing.
