I called Ed on a Wednesday evening and left ;message. He called me back immediately. I told him that my water heater had a leak that was becoming worse by the day. I asked when would be the soonest that he would be able to replace it;if ;we could agree on the cost.;stated that he would be available the next day which was perfect since I was worried about flooding. He was very pleasant to talk too and got right to work. He made calls and got a water heater delivered. My home is old so it was challenging to get the heater in and then get the old one out. Another guy joined him once the new heater was delivered. They worked well together and did a beautiful job. At the end Ed explained everything suggested that I keep the user manual with the water heater so that it could be available to the technician when the heater is serviced. He was very approachable and answered all of my questions. Ed will be the first person I call when I need to replace the boiler.
