Fit Right is *the* place to go for running shoes. They do a gait analysis and a fitting, and if you don't like the shoes, you can return them within 30 days - even if you wore them! Great service, great people.

Good customer service, I was acknowledged immediately by two salespeople, even though they were helping other customers. When it was my turn to be helped, the salesperson had me run on one of their treadmills while my feet and lower legs were being videotaped. They then analyze your stride to determine which shoes are best suited for you. She brought out several pairs of shoes, had me try them on and run in them outdoors to see how they felt. The salesperson spent a lot of time with me, and was very patient, and even offered to bring more shoes out. I purchased my shoes with confidence, knowing that they have a 30-day return policy, even if the shoes are worn outdoors. I will definitely buy my next pair of running shoes there.
