 + 0 moreDana is an excellent and fastidious finish carpenter and the quality of the wainscot he did is extremely high. The paint job was well-done too, but was sub-contracted out. However, Dana is difficult to work with. He would not give us a cost estimate and was adamant about having an ''open invoice''. When costs started to get high, we had to limit him, but he was rather unapologetic and acted offended. He also, has difficulty in listening to other opinions and the customer's wishes. I appreciate the workmanship, but he needs to be much more professional in his demeanor and interaction with customers.
Description of Work: Crafted frame & panel wainscot for dining room (including chair rail). Crafted beaderboard wainscot for kitchen. Painted bathroom, dining room, kitchen, study and living room. Installed new fireplace mantel.
