+ -1 moreI was quoted $200-300 estimate. I ended up being charged almost $600. The move included 2 beds, 3 bureau, 6 small tables, 7 boxes, 6 chairs, 2 mirrors, and a wine rack from a two story townhouse to a storage unit .6 miles away. The 2 movers were friendly, but unfocused. I registered a complaint with the owner, and a week later I was sent the bill for $557. (I’d already paid $35 for the reservation.) Of all of the moves I’ve made and movers I’ve hired over the years, nothing has touched this scandalously overpriced and shoddy service experience. Btw, the way the storage unit was used is ridiculous. This is not an organized or honorable business.
