 + -1 moreAlbee arrived on time at my home office and proceeded to work on our three computers simultaneously. He soon discovered, and proved to me, that my external hard drive was starting to fail, and helped me order a new one. He tightened the security on my wireless network, and made the connections work faster. He worked rapidly through my long list of questions and problems. He was a pleasure to work with, and made me feel more confident about the computer maintenance and back up systems that I have in place. Later, on the phone, he helped me to format my new external hard drive. I'm so happy that I have someone to call about my computer systems.
Description of Work: Albee came to my home and tackled my long list of computer concerns ranging from increasing the security on my wireless router, to ensuring that I didn't have any vulnerable open ports, and networking my computers and printers together.
