Since purchasing her first home over ten years ago, Faith has been fascinated with the mortgage and real estate industry. When the economy crashed she saw the advantage of joining this industry while in its lowest times and since February of 2011 has been working with clients in the Oregon market, expanding to Washington last winter. Faith loves what she does and is dedicated to offering borrowers the best loan for their personal financial scenario. Faith is knowledgeable about a wide range of different loan programs in order to serve her client's unique needs and financial goals. Whether you'€™re making a first time purchase, a second home purchase, investment or looking to refinance, she can help you. She offers residential lending for purchases, refinance, home equity loans and lines of credit. Faith specializes in working with first time homebuyers who need to utilize government programs such as FHA, VA, USDA rural housing and offers the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program.

Faith is absolutely FANTASTIC. She helped us to refinance a couple years ago when nobody else was willing or able to, and I didn't think twice to use her again for our recent mortgage. She is extremely knowledgeable of the mortgage industry and does a great job of relaying that knowledge to her clients. She communicates clearly and is very responsive and detail oriented. When I work with Faith, I truly feel that she has our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Faith to anyone who is looking for a smart, dependable mortgage broker!

Faith is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly friendly, personable, and conscientious. She kept me up to date on every step of the process and even rushed the underwriting process so that my loan could fund early. I could not have asked for a better loan experience. Faith is the best!
