+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD! THE PREP WORK WAS TERRIBLE, WHICH RESULTED IN A POOR LOOKING OVERALL PAINT JOB. THEY SPILLED PAINT ON THE DECK, PATIO AND PORCH. NONE OF THE WINDOWS WERE TAPED WHICH RESULTED IN PAINT ALL OVER THE WINDOW GLASS. THEY ACTUALLY PAINTED THE GARAGE WITHOUT POWER WASHING IT FIRST!! THEY WERE NOT DEPENDABLE AND NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS (I WAITED 8 DAYS FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL). THEY WERE ON THE JOB FOR 27 DAYS, SINCE IT WAS SUCH A DISASTER AFTER 27 DAYS I FIRED THEM. I HAVE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND FINISH PAINTING THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO BROKE A GARAGE WINDOW WHICH THEY DID NOT OFFER TO PAY FOR!
Description of Work: EXECUTIVE FINISHING WAS HIRED TO PREP AND PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF A 1923 PORTLAND BUNGALOW. THE EXTERIOR REQUIRED SOME SCRAPING AND SANDING AND APPLICATION OF PRIMER BEFORE BODY AND TRIM PAINT WAS APPLIED. THEY WERE HIRED TO DO THE PROPER PREP WORK SO THE FINISHED RESULT LOOKED PROFESSIONAL.
