Great work. Big job. They did more than other companies would have done for the Large Oak - other companies weren't going to deal with the overhang of the tree on a busier street. These folks handled it, flagged and cleaned up as they went. Our yard was better after they left! A lot of leaves were starting to fall from the Oak, and they helped us with that too.

Excellent except for the fact that everyone in town needed tree service so the anxiety level was raising due to our concern that the tree would fall. This was not their problem, however, since they had worse situations than ours to contend with. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Evergreen provided a very thorough estimate and description of the work to be done and did the job as described in a timely fashion. They we're a bit expensive, but they did a quality job.

They cleaned up everything very well, except they didn't do any stump removal. We expected them to take them out and didn't realize they weren't going to do that. Other than that, we were pleased with the way they did the work and their clean-up. It only took them a couple hours with four people working.

The service came at the appointed time, performed the service agreed upon, and left the area clean and debris free. I think I probably paid a bit more than I needed to, but I did not do much bargaining. There was one branch I was hoping to see gone, but its not dead and I did not point it out to the representative who signed us up. To the extent things could have been better, I probably bear the responsibility.

Gave honest assessment of what work was needed, lowest quote of three, excellent communication with scheduler, work done on time, excellent job, complete clean-up. Couldn't have been a better experience.
