Evan and his team were wonderful to work with. After an initial email and phone call, Evan provided a spreadsheet of options and a personal video explaining them. Throughout the whole process he and his team were proactive, informative and easy to work with. The online portal for uploading documents was easy to use. It was amazing how little effort it took on my part to get refinanced and it was because of Evan and his team and the technology they used.

Evan was referred to me by a prominent attorney in Portland who labeled him the best mortgage broker in the State of Oregon. If you think all mortgage brokers are the same, you haven't worked with Evan and the great team he has. I've never had a mortgage broker go so deeply into understanding my holistic financial situation. I've done three mortgages with him and each time, after reviewing all the info, he's come back with multiple options, as well as a recommendation based on the data, financial opportunity, and my unique situation. There are plenty of mortgage providers, but I'll mention some reasons why we picked this company. (We had discussions with several others) 1) Dedication to making sure we understood all the types of loans that were available to us, so we definitely knew more when we came out than when we came in! 2) No-pressure presentations. 3) An office that has a system to make sure everything is followed up on and nothing falls through the cracks. 4) Someone answered the phone every time we called. Every concern and question was addressed. 5) Because of their organization, they can go through a complex process very rapidly without mistakes--from loan application to recording of the deed took only 3 weeks for us. (Some banks took 3 weeks to answer a phone call!) They sent us email updates almost every day so we knew exactly what was happening.
