I began working with her months before the house went on the market, and she provided expert advice and a staging consultation, ultimately providing me with a detailed to-do list to prepare my home for the sale. I followed all the instructions I was given, and was ready to put my house on the market in mid-February. The Sanders Presley team was fabulous -- they had prepared their marketing strategy while I was preparing my home. Not only did they provide the staging consultation, they also provided my home with its own website when it went on the market! Their marketing strategy created an enormous amount of views of my home, and I received a purchase offer after only 3 weeks. The team has walked me through each phase of the escrow process, has done the research and advised me when decisions needed to be made, and have made sure that the escrow process continued to move along in a timely fashion. It closed on-time, and allowed me to continue with my relocation plans exactly as I had originally planned. The Sanders Presley team is knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented and helpful, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are worth every penny of commission they have earned in this process, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a realtor.

We were extremely impressed by Temara's thoroughness, competence, and accessibility. Working with a seller who is not the owner (indeed, has probably not even seen the property!) on the purchase of a distressed property is chock full of uncertainties, but she handled these with aplomb, and walked that fine line between fulfilling our requests and shepherding the deal through. Temara also kept us very well informed, moved aggressively when the occasion required, and took a refreshingly active role in making sure things got done in as reasonably short a time as possible.
