Erin has given us great advice over the years about what to do to make our home more saleable. We would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in Northeast Portland.

Erin walked us through the process carefully, and was extremely responsive--always available by phone, answering emails immediately, etc. She is very knowledgeable about real estate sales in general, and about the inner East Side (Irvington, Grant Park, Alameda, Rose City Park etc) in particular. She is savvy about what it takes to get top dollar for your home, and insisted that we hire a stager (Spade and Archer), which totally transformed our house. She is also a delightful person, which is important because you spend a lot of time with your realtor. We got her name from a coworker when we moved here 10 years ago, after we had already bought our home. He raved about her, and since then she's become "our" realtor, even though we have never closed a deal together. She continues to show interest in us and our home, and today she stopped by to advise us about the financial return of a proposed remodeling project.

Always available, always on time, always thinking about what we wanted, and was willing to help us look at over 40 houses without becoming frustrated.
