I cannot say enough about Eric's Construction. Eric came to our rescue when our new gas range arrived from Sears and they refused to modify the counter as we had previously arranged. There we were, with a new range in the middle of our kitchen floor, me out of town, and no idea how to get the counter modified so we could enjoy it. Fortunately, my wife throught of Eric's Construction Company, and she called him. He promptly came and sized up the job, and gave us his professional opinion of what he thought we needed and would be happy with. His estimation was very reasonable, so we agreed, and he begun work shortly after. The job had it's own particular complications, as they all seem to, but he knew exactly what to do, and quickly and expertly worked through every one. The work was completed in 10 hours, and in two days, a PGE inspector came to review the gas connection - he arranged for their visit - and soon after, he completed the finishing touches, and we were in business. The section of the counter that has been cut out for the range (where the old top range we were replacing had been previously) looked perfect. He was right about the height of the counter being too high for the range, and his remedy, a platform under the range to bring the top level with the counter, just blended in. We were very happy working with Eric. His pleasant and professional conversation with us gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, and the subsequent work he completed with out a hitch confirmed our confidence. His estimation was on the mark, and a deal considering the quality of the work and service he performed. I know that we'll go back to him for other home improvement construction we have in the future, and we are happy to recommend Eric's Construction to others.

He is reliable. He gets the job done, and he is fair and reasonable in price. He is also very responsive and prompt.
