ERIC HAGSTETTE

We fortuitously found Eric from googling for properties in Portland. We were moving from Seattle and wanted to find a mid-century modern to modern house in close-in Portland with easy access to city amenities, kid-friendly areas and great schools. Eric set us up to see daily updated listings in the areas we chose and helped us understand different parts of Portland and what we should consider when buying a home in Portland. We had a bad experience with our previous real estate agent who was more interested in his commission than our interests as buyers. Eric really watched out for us and made sure that we were noticing potential issues that might be costly to address. We felt very comfortable working with him and thought that he took care of us very well. With me being 8 months pregnant and my husband working odd hours, Eric communicated frequently and well via email and phone calls. We were so pleased with our experience of working with him for our home in a great neighborhood (Arlington Heights) in Portland that we contacted him again when we started looking for a lot in Hood River/Mt Hood area for a new vacation home.
